Instead of celebrating the British royal family, the group decided to question the concept of the blue blood. Blood was to become the main story of the exhibition from the blood groups of the royals, to the blood spelt in wars, through diamond trade or hunting.

Magazine: CNN Traveller
Topic: Tristan da Cunha
A small island somewhere in the Atlantic Ocean. 294 people, 7 family names, 1 policeman, no crime. Lots of collector’s stamps. The only way to get there: Hitchhike on a fisherboat. The theme for the exhibition would be isolation.

Magazine: FP - Foreign Policy
Topic: Bombs vs. Industrial Revolution
Two stories were appealing, but since the magazine seemed to have difficulties to make a point the group decided to work on the issue of having different perspectives on one topic in one exhibition.

Topic: Information access
The group was confronted with the most text heavy magazine, after discussing several topics, they decided to focus on their own problem with the magazine : the access of information and how to deal with that in the context of an exhibition.

Topic: Streetfood
Food tells a story. Streetfood has a lot of local flavour. The group planed on showing a variety of facts about streetfood and allow for the potential audience to also taste for themselves.
