The photography magazine "on the road... again" is published in connection with the international photography festival
Bieler Fototage 2005 in Switzerland. "on the road... again" presents and discusses contemporary documentary photography.

"on the road... again" adresses a variety of aspects of mobility ranging from tourism to public and personal transport, from
migration to the mobility of the modern nomad, from making yourself at home to urban development. 23 photographers
share their personal, journalistic and artistic views on the mobile society with their stories taking place in countries as
different as Switzerland and Rwanda, Japan and Greeland, Tibet and the US. Join them on their journeys and explore the
differences and similarities of what they have experienced.
